Our approach

For nights, by design.

We build one formula the way a lab would: forms chosen from the literature, doses matched to it, every batch tested before it ships.

01

Forms

Magnesium never travels alone; it is bound to something. We use two chelates—bisglycinate and taurate—because the amino acid carrier is what your gut actually recognises. Oxide is cheap and mostly passes through.

02

Dose

300 mg of elemental magnesium per serving—counted as the mineral, not the compound. That is the range the studies we read actually used, and it fits inside the daily upper limit for supplemental magnesium.

03

Timing

The ritual is the mechanism. Taking N–01 thirty to sixty minutes before bed puts the dose where the evening wind-down already is, and makes it something you keep rather than something you remember.

04

Testing

Every batch is sent to an independent lab before it ships: identity, potency, heavy metals, microbes, and allergens. The certificate of analysis for your lot will be linked from the jar.

05

Transparency

No proprietary blends. The label lists every form and every milligram, and this page is where we explain why each one is there. If it changes, the change is dated here first.

Who checks our work

Our formulation and clinical advisors

Every form, dose and claim on this site is reviewed by people who do this for a living. Seats below are being filled; names and credentials publish here as each advisor signs on.

  • Advisor seat — formulation

Chelate selection, elemental dose math, excipients.

  • Advisor seat — sleep medicine

    Timing window, wind-down protocol, contraindications.

  • Advisor seat — sports nutrition

Recovery framing for people who train most days.

Advisors are compensated consultants and do not endorse specific outcomes.
